A system and a method for processing information, and a program recording medium thereof are provided to receive receipt image data scanned from an ATM(Automated Teller Machine), verify the receipt image data, check a sum of the receipts, and transmit a coupon issuance command to the ATM or transmit coupons to a mobile terminal of the customer, thereby removing inconvenience of checking receipts one by one to offer the coupons corresponding to purchase details to a customer. An information receiver(110) receives receipt customer card information used for purchase activity or point accumulation related to the purchase activity of a customer having receipts from an ATM. An information checker(130) checks purchase details corresponding to the customer card information from a storage medium(140), which stores the purchase details by linking with the customer card information, sums up purchase amounts included in the checked purchase details, and checks coupons corresponding to the summed purchase amount. An information transmitter(115) transmits the checked coupons to a mobile terminal of the customer by using the mobile terminal information. |
