An oil cooler is provided to control the temperature of oil in accordance with an engine operating condition. An oil cooler includes a first cooler(10), a second cooler(20), and a valve housing(30). The first cooler is formed into a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and cools oil by the coolant flowing from an external source. The second cooler is formed into a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and arranged beneath the first cooler. The second cooler cools oil by the flow of the coolant. The valve housing is interposed between the first cooler and the second cooler, and has a coolant flow hole and an oil flow hole. |
