A display driving apparatus and a display apparatus comprising the same are provided to enhance image quality by compensating for the magnitude of gray scale signal outputted from a source driver. A display driving apparatus includes signal generating circuits(21,22) and a compensation circuit. The signal generating circuits sequentially select respective display pixels corresponding to plural columns and generate driving signals used for applying signal voltages to the pixel electrode of the respective display pixels based on the gray scale value of display data. The compensation circuit compensates for the magnitudes of the signal voltages corresponding to the gray scale value of the display data to be equal, which is supplied to the pixel electrode, and applies the compensated driving signals to respective display pixels to be selected according to the selection.
