The device has a respiratory aid apparatus (4) arranged on an emergency support plate (1) and connected to a patient side interface e.g. tube. A compressed gas cylinder supplies oxygen to the apparatus. A measurement apparatus (3) is arranged on the plate for non-invasive measurement of carbon monoxide concentration of blood, and is coupled to a light source e.g. LED, and a light sensor, where the apparatus (3) is provided with a display system. The measurement and respiratory apparatuses are operationally connected to each other. An independent claim is also included for a mobile oxygen supply system for supplying oxygen to blood of the patient.
