<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application/approval processing management system and method, in which even if document data is filed once in the application/approval processing management system, a preparer can correct the document data without waiting for approval or denial from a manager. <P>SOLUTION: In the application/approval processing management system 100, document data is managed in an integrated manner by assigning a status showing under-forming, under-application, approved, or rejection of application in a repository 110. A former terminal 120 performs filing of the document data or withdrawal thereof by changing the status thereof from "under-forming" to "under-application", or by changing the status from "under-application" to "under-forming".
