<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop a motor completely during a stop period when the motor is rotated at an extremely low speed by controlling the current of the motor. <P>SOLUTION: Driver elements Q1-Q4 supply a drive current to a motor, and a gate circuit 51 supplies a gate signal to the driver elements Q1-Q4 such that the drive current has a value corresponding to a command value. A current regulating section supplies command values sequentially to the gate circuit 51 and sets the current values alternately in a first current value range where the motor does not rotate and a second current value range where the motor rotates.
