PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recollect an exhaust leaked to an outside to take in efficiently the exhaust gas generated from a cooking heat source. SOLUTION: This exhaust hood 52 attached to a ceiling portion above the cooking heat source 50 arranged in a kitchen and having a surrounding wall part 52a provided to surround an exhaust port is provided with a straightening plate 52b inclined along a direction separated from the surrounding wall part 52a toward a ceiling 54, on an outer face of the surrounding wall part 52a, and the leaked exhaust gas not collected by the exhaust hood 52 is guided into the hood while guided along an inclined face of the straightening plate 52b.
