PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic having a good feeling of use during coating, excellent aesthetic properties as the cosmetic and making a bare skin feeling compatible with covering of skin defects. SOLUTION: The cosmetic comprises fibers. In the cosmetic, the length of the fibers is 1-150μm. The fibers have a modified cross section. Furthermore, the fibers have a hollow structure and the fibers are prepared by conjugating two or more kinds of polymers. The fibers have unevennesses of several nm to several tensμm on the surface.
