PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output driver circuit and semiconductor memory device having the same.

SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an output driver circuit having first and second transistors with their drains commonly connected and each of sources of the two transistors connected to first and second power supply nodes separated from each other, and a decoupling capacitor connected to each source.
