<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device for achieving highly accurate detection of light emission and light emission of the desired quantity by improving detection accuracy of a light emission sensor, and also to provide a light emitting device assuring stabilized quantity in light emission. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device is formed through laminated arrangement of an electro-luminescence element and an optical detecting element for detecting the light emitted from the electro-luminiscence element.
