PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure improvement of security, in particular, provide a retrofittable access circuit or an operation method of the same. SOLUTION: At least one mobile identifier generator comprises an identifier generator side receiver unit for receiving an enquiry signal from a vehicle side transmitter-receiver unit and evaluating the signal characteristic of one or a plurality of enquiry signals at two or more different points in time and an identifier generator side controller for outputting different control commands according to change in the signal characteristic evaluated at the two or more different points in time.
