PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which is structured not to incur any fault on two flexible substrates connecting a relatively moving main substrate to two sub substrates, respectively. SOLUTION: A main substrate 210 and a first sub substrate 211 are connected at a curved first slender portion 122. The main substrate 210 and a second sub substrate 212 are connected at a second slender portion 126 which is curved and overlapped with the first slender portion 122. Positions of a main connector 110, a first sub connector 111 and a second sub connector 112 and full lengths of the first slender portion 122 and the second slender portion 126 are set in such a relationship that curved parts of the first slender portion 122 and the second slender portion 126 maintain a predetermined interval even when a first housing 231 and a second housing 232 slide and move.
