PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transmitting member and a display device having the same, capable of adjusting a length of a power source line in consideration of impedance with an external device, reducing electromagnetic waves mainly generated in the power source line, and improving production yield. SOLUTION: The signal transmitting member has a power source line having a driving power source of a chip turned on, and the power source line is curved to have a meandering shape.
