PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL sheet manufacturing apparatus for, both coating and depositing of materials by a single unit when a polymer organic EL sheet is produced. SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing organic EL sheet has a coating chamber 12, a coupling chamber 16, and a depositing chamber 14. A first roller 18 is set inside the coating chamber. A second roller 58 is set in the depositing chamber 14. The first roller 18 and the second roller 58 cooperate to roll out and roll back a sheet with one another. This performs coating of a material for an organic EL in the coating chamber 12 and depositing of a material for the organic EL in the depositing chamber 14, to produce the organic EL continuously.
