PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device which increases drop-off resistant strength of an operation body and ensures easy manufacturing for the switch device to be mainly used for operation of vehicular air-conditioning or audio equipment and the like. SOLUTION: Nearly U-shaped spring member 13 is attached at the outer circumferential portion of a hollow tubular part 11A on an operation body 11, and a latch part 13C of an arm part 13B extending from both ends of the spring member 13 to the upper inward direction is inserted into a through-hole part 11B on the hollow tubular part 11A to be elastically brought into contact with a groove part 12B at the outer circumferential portion of an operation axis 12A. Such an arrangement prevents the operation body 11 from being dropped off, holds it securely and ensures easy assembly of the switch device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
