摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate an immersion liquid discharge time from immersion liquid discharge holes to restrain an immersion liquid from being carried outside without changing the structure of the immersion liquid discharge holes. SOLUTION: The area of the discharge holes in recesses formed in a body panel is obtained from a numerical calculation model of a body panel (step S6), and the discharge holes are closed with a plurality of elements (step S9). The discharge holes used as liquid sump parts are predicted (step S12), and the volume of an electrodeposition solution accumulated in the liquid sump parts is obtained (step S14). The discharge time of the electrodeposition solution is obtained from area data and volume data (step S16), and the longest discharge time out of the discharge time is set as a complete discharge time of the electrodeposition solution discharged from the body panel (step S20).
