PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning system capable of controlling a temperature of capacitor while securing a comfortableness for a passenger even if air-conditioning performance is limited. SOLUTION: A controller determines a high/low level of an air-conditioning switch operated by the passenger as a first air-conditioning demand. Then, to satisfy this determined first air-conditioning demand, the controller determines the revolutions of a seat fan 30 in conformity with the first air-conditioning demand. Then, the controller determines the revolutions of an capacitor fan 34 according to a second air-conditioning demand to the extent that the sum of air flow of the seat fan 30 and that of the capacitor fan 34 maintains the maximum air flow or lower.
