PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the temperature of a driving device from rising. SOLUTION: An inkjet head 1 includes an actuator unit 21 pinching a piezoelectric sheet by a discrete electrode 135 and a ground electrode related to nozzles, a first driver IC 51 and a second driver IC 52 having driving signal generation circuits 51a and 52b generating a driving signal corresponding to the discrete electrodes 135 and a switching device 57 having a switch 57a connected to the driving signal generation circuits 51a and 52a corresponding to the discrete electrodes 135. A switch control section 66 controls the switch 57a to ensure that a driving signal from the driving signal generation circuits 51a and 52a owned by the other driver IC is output to the discrete electrode 135 when the temperature of either of the first driver IC 51 or the second driver IC 52 reaches or exceeds an upper limit temperature.
