PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately read a machine read code given to a sticking surface of a sheet, while concealing information which is given to another sheet by sticking the sheets together peelably. SOLUTION: A payment slip piece 10 and a specification piece 20 are connected together foldably by the medium of a perforation 40. Being folded up on the perforation 40, the payment slip piece 10 and the specification piece 20 are stuck together peelably by a false adhesive 2 applied to the specification piece 20 and thereby specification information 21 printed on the specification slip 20 is concealed. In a concealment postcard thus constituted, an EAN128 code 14 is printed on the surface of the payment slip piece 10 where it sticks to the specification piece 20, and the false adhesive 2 applied on the specification piece 20 is made to be left only on the specification piece 20 in the case when the payment slip piece 10 and the specification piece 20 sticking to each other are peeled off.
