PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dirt transfer device for game media capable of quantitatively transferring dirt stuck to the surfaces of the game media to an inspection medium. SOLUTION: An alignment guide 10 formed with a recessed groove 11 for inserting tokens M is fixed to a support base 30 with a chamber member 20, the tokens M fed one by one from an opening lower end of the chamber member 20 and waiting in a token sending waiting part 31a are sequentially pushed to the downstream side of a token passage 31 by a piston member 43 of a sending means 40, and are pushed by a pushing means 60 from the upper face of inspection paper P retained to an inspection paper retaining means 50, so that the tokens M moving in the token passage 31 toward a discharge part 31b are brought into contact with the inspection paper P at an appropriate contact resistance to quantitatively transfer the dirt stuck to the surface of the tokens M to the inspection paper P.
