PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating/sealing device for a ball screw enabling the easy alignment of the phases of the screw groove of a screw shaft and a seal inner surface and surely and easily installable to a ball screw nut (hereafter, referred to as a nut). SOLUTION: This lubricating/sealing device comprises a ring frame body having small holes passing through the peripheral edge part and brought into contact with both end surfaces of the nut, sleeves disposed at predetermined intervals in the ring frame body and positioning the ring frame body at a predetermined position from the end surface of the nut, a seal ring having small holes passing through the peripheral edge part, impregnating and holding a lubricant, having a hole with an inner diameter matching the axially perpendicular cross-sectional shape of the screw shaft and fitted to the sleeve and internally held in the ring frame body, and bolts fixedly screwing the ring frame body internally holding the seal ring and abutting on both end surfaces of the nut into the screw holes of the nut through the small holes formed at the peripheral edge parts of the seal ring and the ring frame body through the sleeve from the outside of the ring frame body.
