PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device of a diesel engine capable of improving startability in cold starting of the diesel engine, and capable of improving reliability of engine respective parts by supply of lubricating oil. SOLUTION: This hydraulic control device 1 of the diesel engine 2 has an oil pump 6 sucking up the lubricating oil from the inside of an oil pan 3, a hydraulic control valve 9 arranged in a lubricating oil supply passage 5 on the downstream side of this oil pump 6 and controlling opening-closing by referring to an engine speed, and an ECU 10 controlling this hydraulic control valve. This ECU 10 opens the hydraulic control valve 9 until the engine speed reaches a cranking rotating speed capable of complete explosion.
