PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for providing predetermined fastening force, by reducing stress applied to an impeller cup peripheral wall part, when pressing a rotor yoke in a tapered peripheral wall part of an impeller cup. SOLUTION: An annular member 23 is integrally formed in a concentric shape inside the peripheral wall part of the impeller cup 21. A plurality of support members 24 are formed in the peripheral direction between a peripheral wall part inner peripheral surface of the impeller cup 21 and an outer peripheral surface of the annular member 23. A plurality of ribs 25 are projected inward in the radial direction from an inner peripheral surface of the annular member 23. An envelope surface formed of an inner end part in the radial direction of the ribs 25, is formed in a diameter smaller a little than an outer diameter of a peripheral wall outer peripheral surface of the rotor yoke. A rotor yoke peripheral wall part is pressed in and fixed to the peripheral wall part of the impeller cup 21 via the support members 24, the annular member 23 and the ribs 25.
