PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column and horizontal member connection structure which can be assembled even in a place where a space sufficient for field assembling etc. cannot be secured, and contributes to improved workability in the field and improved safety of workers in the field, and to provide a frame structure. SOLUTION: The column and horizontal member connection structure is set up by connecting a column and a horizontal member together so as to have a through column, and formed of a plate member, a projective tenon member having a projective head formed thereon, and a recessed tenon member having a recessed head formed therein, such that through-holes formed in the projective head and the recessed head match with each other. Then part of the plate member is inserted into a recess formed in the horizontal member, and the projective head is inserted into the recessed head, followed by penetration of a drift pin into the through-holes, to thereby fix the column and the horizontal member together.
