PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compounding agent for rubber vulcanization capable of realizing the enhancement of vulcanization rate and vulcanized rubber properties without detriment to scorch time. SOLUTION: The compound for rubber vulcanization contains an amine salt compound of a disulfide containing a carboxylic acid group, which is shown by the formula (I) Formula (I) (wherein R1, R2and R3are independently a hydrogen atom or a 1-20C organic group which may contain a hetero atom and/or a substituent, and X is a 2-20C organic group which may contain a hetero atom and/or a substituent), and its production method and a rubber composition containing the same are also disclosed.
