METHOD OF FREQUENCY ASSIGNMENT USING TIME PATTERN OF UNUSED FREQUENCY BANDWIDTH IN BASE STATION

A frequency assignment method using a time pattern of an unused frequency band in a base station is provided to assign a frequency according to the time pattern of the frequency band in the base station using cognitive radio technology, and remove frequency searching and detecting processes, thereby saving time and costs. A frequency assignment method using a time pattern of an unused frequency band in a base station comprises the following steps of: searching an unused frequency assignment time of a primary user in a frequency assignment information table according as a frequency assignment time of a general user is terminated(S401); storing corresponding frequency information and cell information in the frequency assignment information table according as the searched unused frequency assignment time includes a current time(S404); and establishing a call by assigning a corresponding frequency to the general user within the unused frequency assignment time including the current time(S405).
