FIELD: railway transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in rail length assembly lines for turning lengths of track skeletons. Proposed device for turning over rail length to be used in rail lengths assembly lines with roller ramps on end to roll pack of rail lengths onto running vehicle includes rail grips. Hole made on shank of each rail grip serves to fasten grip on crane rope hanger. At least two pairs of hoists are mounted between roller ramps. Each pair of hoists spaced according to width of rail length gauge is connected in upper part by beam carrying movable carriage with support for rail of rail length made in form of halfring. Hole on shank of rail grip is made out of the limits of grip side wall at distance in vertical depending on arrangement of center of gravity of rail length. ^ EFFECT: prevention of violation of integrity of rail length at its turning over, provision of smooth turning over of rail length both with reinforced concrete and with wooden ties. ^ 4 dwg
