<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance of a battery power source unit for a bicycle electronic device at a low atmospheric temperature. <P>SOLUTION: When the temperature of the battery power source unit 4 is not higher a lower-side temperature threshold by a temperature detecting circuit, electrical energy is supplied by the battery power source unit to a heating element 5 thermally coupled with the battery power source unit. The battery power source unit is thereby self-heated and a suitable operation temperature is held.
