<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passive type fuel cell in which a surface pressure is given on an MEA by using a sheet spring and deterioration is controlled and a current collection failure is improved, and moreover, supply of fuel and oxygen is not hampered. <P>SOLUTION: The passive type fuel cell is provided with a case containing an MEA 21 pinched by housing plates 23 in which oxygen/fuel supplying holes 24 are formed and the fuel and oxygen are supplied by spontaneous diffusion, and strip-shaped sheet springs 22 are arranged in the case to give surface pressure on the MEA 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
