摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an element from being destroyed by inhibiting charges from being accumulated at a gate of an output transistor on a load side even if ESD (electrostatic discharge) is repeated to an output terminal with positive discharges to the ground potential, in a display driver for driving a plasma display panel. SOLUTION: In a circuit including an IGBTQ1 connected across a high-voltage power supply terminal and an output terminal To at a high voltage VDH, and an IGBTQ2 connected across the output terminal and a reference voltage power supply terminal at the ground potential, the gate of the IGBTQ2 is connected to: the connection point of a serial circuit of two MOS transistors NT1, NT2 constituting a buffer circuit; a cathode of a zener diode ZD2 whose anode is connected to the reference voltage power supply terminal; and the other end of a resistor R2 whose one end is connected to the reference voltage power supply terminal.
