PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus in which measures against static electricity can be easily taken on one surface side of a display panel. SOLUTION: This display apparatus includes: a liquid crystal display panel 1 on which an ITO film 18 is arranged on the front side; an FPC 5 which is attached to the liquid crystal display panel 1 and has at least a ground line 5a and is also connected to external equipment 40; a box type housing case 4 which houses the liquid crystal panel 1 therein and includes at least a rear face side case (metal case) 3 electrically connected to the ITO film 18; and an FPC 7 for making an electrical connection between the ground line 5a of the FPC 5 and the rear face side case 3.
