PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking apparatus in which the face of a movable element on the side at which the driving part for rocking the movable element is arranged is used. SOLUTION: The rocking apparatus is provided with: a supporting part 105; oscillation parts 101, 102, 103 and 104; and a driving part 120 which drives the oscillation parts. The oscillation parts have at least one of the movable elements 101 and 102, including the movable element 101 having a permanent magnet 111. The movable elements 101 and 102 are rockably supported by a supporting part 105. The driving part includes the permanent magnet 111, a magnetic body 109 arranged facing to the permanent magnet 111 and a coil 110 arranged around the magnetic body 109. An open part 150 for exposing the face of at least one movable element 102 toward outside is provided in the space in the coil 110 which turns around the magnetic body 109.
