PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice input device to be mounted on an electric wheelchair, which can be widely used in general without restricting an operator. SOLUTION: In the voice input device to be mounted on the electric wheelchair, microphone-fitted bodies 10a and 10b provided as a microphone array 12 with a plurality of microphones 11 separate from one another are fitted so that the microphones are positioned at tip part of an arm of the electric wheelchair, and an instruction of the operator is specified by estimating a sound source position or recognizing voice with respect to signals fetched from both of the microphones with a control means provided on a vehicle.
