PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample injection method capable of performing analysis, with respect to a liquid chromatograph having a sample injection means equipped with a sample loop having a specific volume, even if the amount of sample per analysis exceeds the volume of the sample loop. SOLUTION: Analysis is made possible, even if the amount of the sample per analysis exceeds the volume of the sample loop, by repeating injection of the sample into the sample loop and the discharge of the sample toward the side of the separation column that is suppressed in elution development.
