PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a boot mounted in a constant velocity universal joint for securing sealing performance by preventing a lubricant such as grease sealed inside the boot from leaking outside even though the boot varies with a lapse of time. SOLUTION: A male screw part 10 is formed on the outer peripheral surface 9 of an intermediate shaft 2 extending from an inside joint member 6 of a constant velocity universal joint 3. A female screw part 11 formed in the same shape as the male screw part 10 and meshed therewith is formed in the inner peripheral surface 12 of a small-diameter part 4 in a boot 1 mounted in the intermediate shaft 2. The female screw part 11 and male screw part 10 in the intermediate shaft 2 are meshed with each other by screwing the small-diameter part 4 of the boot 1 in the intermediate shaft 2 from the constant velocity universal joint 3 side.
