PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeper for a rail road, which can prevent a sleeper body from being subjected to sinking and deflection deformation in the molding of the sleeper body, even if the sleeper body is molded from a synthetic resin, and which can prevent the sleeper body from being broken by a load acting on the sleeper body. SOLUTION: The sleeper body 12 is formed by stacking a plurality of pipe-like members 11 on one another, and the respective pipe-like member 11 are connected to one another by means of a connecting member 13.
