A device for realizing the switching of the mapping mode includes a receiving module (101), a local clock source module (102), an alternative switch (104), a transmitting phase lock loop module (105) and a controlling module (103). The receiving module (101) is used for receiving the upstream signal and recovering the clock from the service; the local clock source module (102) is used for providing the receiving reference clock to the receiving module (101) and providing local reference clock to the alternative switch (104); the alternative switch (104) is used for receiving the clock recovered from the service and the local reference clock,and outputting a preceding phase lock loop clock; the transmitting phase lock loop module (105) is used for transmitting a reference clock; the controlling module (103) is used for controlling the rest of the modules.
