The system has a horizontally arranged retaining device arranged such that a fastening lug is fitted and held at and/or above the retaining device. The fastening lug is arranged at a rear side of a roof tile. The retaining device is firmly fixed by a fastening unit relative to rafter (10). The retaining device has a perforated tape material (16), which is held in a predefined distance from a roof face plate by a spacer and/or supporting unit. The tape material is fixed with the fastening unit by the spacer and/or supporting unit relative to the rafter.
