The bottle cork arrangement has a screw (5) screwed into a cork (2), where an free end of the screw is provided with a threaded part (7), whose diameter is larger than that of the screw shaft. A handle (11) is arranged at the screw head, and the threaded part is a separate component and is connected with the screw as a single unit. The screw and the threaded part are made of plastic, and the handle is arranged at the screw head in a turned down manner. The handle has a holder, which is rotatably supported in the screw head. An independent claim is also included for a method for locking and opening a bottle using a bottle cork arrangement.
