A phlebotomy device having a disposable cap with a built in needle is provided to remove the possibility that a medical person is pierced by a needle basically without the need to use a disposable auxiliary cap. A phlebotomy device having a disposable cap with a built in needle includes a body and a cap. The body is operated by pestles(42,52), an elastic member(54) and a pushing member(58). The cap includes a needle support(20), a cap spring(12) and a cap housing(10). The needle support is disposed on the front of the pestle and has a phlebotomy needle(22) built therein. One side of the cap spring is supported by the stepped part of the needle support. The cap spring is elastically mounted on the outer edge of the needle support. A penetrating hole is formed on the front of the cap housing, which encloses the phlebotomy needle, the needle support and the cap spring.
