FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation refers to the technology for preparing fresh nectarines for storage for their further usage in cosmic nutrition. The inspected nectarines at the preset mode parameters should be washed in drinking water to be successively kept in the solutions of potassium permanganate and citric acid and in the suspension of preparation obtained out of Saprolegnia parasitica micromycete biomass according to the preset technique followed by the impact of ultraviolet irradiation. Then one should pack them by the piece into cigarette paper to put into polymer trays. The innovation provides the chance to deliver nectarines to a space object followed by storing them for 45 d and applying in cosmic nutrition. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
