FIELD: process for preparing of green peas grain for storage. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves treating green peas grain with arachidonate of alkyl-substituted ammonium; mowing; drying in windrows to residual moisture content of about 14 wt% and threshing green peas grain. ^ EFFECT: reduced grain wastes during further processing of green peas grain. |
