PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To particularly provide a post-installation type access circuit or an operation method of the access circuit, for guaranteeing an improvement in security.

SOLUTION: This problem is solved by allowing at least one movable identifier generator to have an identifier generator side transceiver SE for counting the number of received inquiry signals by receiving the inquiry signal from a vehicle side transceiver, and an identifier generator side control device for outputting a different control command, depending on the number of received inquiry signal.
