<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic paper and an electronic paper display system making effective use of electronic paper as a display part of a card such as a non-contact IC card and displaying data recorded or stored in a recording part or a storage part provided in the card. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic paper display system comprises the card-shaped electronic paper having a sheet-like card base material, the recording part for recording data or the storage part for storing data, a display part for displaying information based on the data, and a connection terminal part; an insertion part for inserting the electronic paper; a connection terminal part provided in a position in contact with the connection terminal part of the inserted electronic paper; a data reading part for reading data recorded or stored in the recording part or storage part of the electronic paper; a reading processing part for processing data read from the data reading part; and a display control part for controlling to display the information processed based on the reading processing part, on a display part of the electronic paper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
