PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for electrode formation in which a composition ratio is adjusted in order to improve reliability of a product by preventing generation of migration and an edge curl generated at an address electrode, and a plasma display panel manufactured by applying the composition for the electrode formation equipped with an adjusted composition ratio. SOLUTION: The composition for the electrode formation contains frit, metallic powder, and vehicle, and the content of the metallic powder is 52 to 62 pts. by mass and the content of the frit is 5 to 15 pts. by mass.
