PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector connecting structure which has excellent workability for connecting a floor connector provided on a floor with a seat connector provided on a seat which is fixed attachable and detachable to and from the floor. SOLUTION: The connector connecting structure is provided with a floor connector 3 provided on a floor 1 of a vehicle and a seat connector 4 provided on a seat 2 which can be fixed attachable to and detachable from the floor 1. When the seat 2 is detached from the floor 1, the floor connector 3 is housed in the floor 1 without exposing an inserting open mouth through which the sheet connector 4 is inserted to a vehicle room, and when the seat 2 is fixed with the floor 2, the floor connector 3 makes at least the inserting open mouth exposed to the vehicle room and connected with the sheet connector 4.
