PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular switch allowing a sure operation hardly causing an error, in relation to a switch used mainly for lighting/extinguishing control of a stop lamp of an automobile. SOLUTION: Since a detection means 6 is arranged nearly at the center of a case 21 by mounting a magnet 3 in a lower intermediate part of an operation body 22, and arranging the detection means 6 in the vicinity of the center of the case 21 facing to the magnet 3, deflection is eliminated and influence of the magnetism is generally uniformly prevented from influencing on the outside; since the magnet 3 is mounted in the intermediated part of the operation body 22, displacement of the magnet 3 due to tilt or looseness of the operation body 22 is reduced; and thereby this vehicular switch allowing a sure operation hardly causing an error can be provided.
