PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation device capable of preventing fixation of small diameter rolling elements and a large diameter rolling element due to abrasion and rusting by slide contact of small diameter rolling elements and capable of always rolling excellently. SOLUTION: A spacer 13A made of a material containing lubricating oil is provided between the small diameter rolling elements 5 and anti-rust oil is supplied to the small diameter rolling elements 5 by contact surfaces of the small diameter rolling elements 5 to the spacer 13A and this anti-rust oil is supplied to a rolling face 6, a circulation route 7A and a large diameter rolling element 4 via the small diameter rolling elements 5.
