PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a concrete-filler steel pipe with built-in reinforcement, with a simple structure, by easily forming a reinforcement joint of its inside, when connecting the concrete-filled steel pipe with built-in reinforcement. SOLUTION: This concrete-filled steel pipe 1U with built-in reinforcement is put in a concrete-filled state by inserting a reinforcement 5 in the axial direction into a hollow part in the steel pipe. A ring plate 3 is fixed to the vicinity of at least one opening 2d in the steel pipe so as to block up the opening 2d. The ring plate 3 is formed with a plurality of through-holes 32 for inserting the reinforcement 5s in its annular part 31, and a central hole 30 to become a ring shape is used for making ready-mixed concrete flow in the concrete steel pipe. Not only the reinforcement 5s of one's own steel pipe 1U is inserted but also a reinforcement 5a of a companion steel pipe 1D is inserted via the through-holes 32 of the ring plate 3.
