PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a ceiling panel, facilitating fitting work for the ceiling panel. SOLUTION: The ceiling panel 50 is placed on the upper ends of wall panels 30, 30 on both sides, which are fitted to a plurality of posts to confront each other, both side edges of the ceiling panel 40 abut on tie members 20, 20 on both sides connecting the tops of the plurality of posts 10 to confront, and a connecting member 50 projecting downward is fitted to each side edge on both sides of the ceiling panel 40. Each connecting member 50 is fitted in from above to a space S between the wall panel 30 and the tie member 20, and the wall panel 30 transfers the pressing force generated when it is pressed from the panel surface side (the interior I side) to the ceiling panel 40.
